Vim Solution: Tradition Meets Innovation Since 2004
Since our founding in 2004, Vim Solution has stood for consistency and progress in the digital market. Despite strong competition, we have established ourselves and proudly operate from our location in Kirchzarten in the Breisgau, just a few kilometers from Freiburg and at the tri-border area of Switzerland, France, and Germany.
Under the joint leadership of Bastian Scheil, Michael Liebhaber, and Simon Richter, who have been guiding the fortunes of Vim Solution since 2023, the company has always ventured new paths. Starting with the simple idea of assisting people with PC issues, our vision led to the introduction of practical USB storage devices. These handy tools not only provided a solution for data management and transport but also an effective advertising opportunity for companies through logo branding.
Today, we are proud to be a company with a presence throughout Europe and deeply rooted business relationships in the Far East. Our over 15 years of experience in import and export business, especially in the areas of product procurement, quality management, and logistics, speaks for itself. Moreover, we now operate numerous online stores active in various sectors. And even as we operate on an international scale, our heart remains anchored in the picturesque region of Kirchzarten – and that will continue in the future.
Our Product Diversity, Expertise, and Logistics at Vim Solution
In the promotional items sector, our product lines “Major” and “Timber” offer a special selection. “Major” consists of unique concrete items such as power banks, USB sticks, and mobile phone holders. The clear and minimalist concrete look of this line not only emphasizes the design but also the functionality of these products. “Timber”, on the other hand, focuses on the naturalness and quality of genuine Black Forest wood from FSC-certified stocks.
The versatility of our range at Vim Solution goes hand in hand with deep expertise in the application and the diverse finishing techniques of our products. To meet this expertise, in 2016, we expanded our in-house post-processing with an extensive range of machinery, including pad printers, engraving machines, and digital printers.
2020 was another milestone for us when our online shop for medical products successfully launched. This step allowed us to reach a broader audience and deepen our expertise in the healthcare sector.
2021 marked another significant advancement for us as we firmly established ourselves in the logistics sector. With a clear goal in mind – global delivery from our location – we offer our customers comprehensive service in warehousing, fulfillment, and returns processing. We rely on modern digital solutions and ensure transparency and trust at every step of the process.
A particularly significant project was added in 2022: We expanded our range to include essential items and aids for the elderly and care facilities. Furthermore, we began developing and distributing digital services in this area to meet the needs of this target group.

Michael Liebhaber
Since joining Vim Solution in 2023, Simon Richter has significantly contributed to the company's growth as an expert in sales. His combination of sales expertise and a sense for the digital allows him to identify and implement new business opportunities. In his free time, Mr. Richter is drawn to nature – whether it's hiking, mushroom picking, or snowboarding in the snowy mountains. These activities provide him with a perfect balance to the busy everyday life and simultaneously sharpen his sense for detail and the bigger picture

Bastian Scheil has been with Vim Solution since 2011. He is married and has three children. Mr. Scheil has experience in finance, accounting, and administration. He has a strong interest in strategic planning and business development. Mr. Scheil is also a motivated leader with a proven track record of building successful teams. He is a results-oriented individual who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. His interests include soccer, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing
